The staff were kind and helpful, especially emmanuella at the reception. She was the sweetest. she made our check-in smooth and quick, i appreciated the complimentary bottled water and a thoughtful welcome note. the room was super clean, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom included a bidet.
the location was fine if you're looking to be close to m1 metro! though the parking was expensive. we felt quite unsafe in the evenings when using the metro due to the surrounding area, so we ended up taking taxis instead.

The breakfast buffet offered a very expansive selection. There was something for everyone and beyond what i expected. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of fruit. the coffee machine provided excellent cappuccinos each morning.

the reception staff were professional and always ready to help with a smile. they gave great recommendations about the city. housekeeping came daily to clean, i appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a thoughtful welcome note, and some chocolate.

the hotel is just a short walk to the m1 metro station, which takes you directly to the city center and the duomo. there's also a 24/7 carrefour express right next to the hotel, i found it super convenient. the neighborhood felt safe during the day.

delicious breakfast cozy coffee lounge really good kindness worn tiles thin walls inconsistent air conditioning
the breakfast was delicious it had many options i particularly enjoyed the pastries the coffee lounge had a cozy feel it was great for reading. the staff showed really good kindness they helped with directions. the location near the metro made travel easy the station was a short walk away.
the room needed some updates the tiles looked worn and the toilet seat was broken. i could hear noises from other rooms sounds carried easily through the walls. the air conditioning did not work consistently it made the room uncomfortable at times.
